Our services

Support that adapts as life changes.

From an hour of companionship a week to round-the-clock residential support, our services are designed to be combined and adjusted. Every new person we support receives a Personal Care Plan shaped around their needs, routines and preferences.

Residential care suits people who need regular assistance through the day and night, where support at home is no longer enough. Our homes are run to feel like homes — familiar routines, personal belongings, and staff who know each resident well. Care is delivered against a Personal Care Plan and reviewed regularly with the resident and their family.

Domiciliary care allows people to stay in the home they know. Our carers visit at agreed times to help with personal care, mobility, meals, medication and household tasks — as much or as little as required. Visits can be increased or reduced as circumstances change, with no lengthy renegotiation.

Supported living helps adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities to live in their own home with tailored support. We work on practical skills — budgeting, cooking, travel, appointments — and on the social side of life, so independence grows at a comfortable pace.

Caring for a relative is demanding, and rest is not a luxury. Respite care provides planned or emergency short-term support — at home or in a residential setting — so families can take a holiday, recover from illness or simply stop for a while. Your relative receives the same standard of care they would at home.

Dementia care is built around the individual: what they enjoy, what unsettles them, and the routines that keep the day predictable. Our trained carers use personalised activities to stimulate memory and conversation, and provide the consistent presence that reduces anxiety. Environments are kept safe and easy to navigate, with supervision available around the clock.

Palliative & End-of-Life Care

Palliative care focuses on comfort, dignity and choice. We work alongside district nurses, GPs and hospice teams to manage symptoms and keep the person as comfortable as possible, in the place they wish to be. Families are supported too — with honest information, practical help and a quiet, steady presence.

Full-time care is not always the right answer. Our day care service offers a warm, sociable environment where clients can spend the day taking part in activities, sharing meals and enjoying company, while their family carer takes some time back. Transport can be arranged where available.
