Applicant questions
No. Many of our carers join with no formal care experience. We provide a full paid induction, the Care Certificate and shadow shifts with an experienced colleague before you work independently.
Sponsorship may be available for a limited number of eligible roles and is always subject to Home Office requirements and availability. Please indicate your sponsorship needs on the application form so we can give you an honest answer quickly.
We review applications within five working days. Successful candidates are invited to an interview, followed by DBS and reference checks. From application to first shift typically takes two to four weeks.
Days, nights, weekends, live-in and bank shifts. We try to build rotas around your availability and will discuss this at interview.
It helps for community roles where you travel between visits, but it is not essential for residential or supported living positions.
Full induction, the Care Certificate, mandatory refreshers and funded Diploma Levels 2–5. Many of our senior carers and team leaders were promoted from within.
